Good reasons to write
- Permission questions. If you'd like to use the pages or characters in a way the terms of use don't cover, describe your project and ask. I'm usually happy to say yes to genuine educational projects.
- Accessibility barriers. Tell me what happened and what device or tools you were using. I aim to reply to accessibility reports within five working days, as my accessibility statement says.
- Privacy questions, including a request to confirm in writing that I hold no personal data about you.
- Something that looks broken, like a page that won't load or print.
- Ideas and stories about how your child or class is using the book.
What helps me help you
- The address of the page you're asking about, like
/pages/24/. - The device and browser you're using, if something isn't working.
- For permission requests, who the project is for and whether anything will be charged for.
What happens to your email
I see your email address and whatever you write, and I use it only to reply. I don't add anyone to a mailing list, I don't share your address, and I don't keep your message longer than I need to help you. The privacy policy has the details.
